Provide service in the following areas: Engine Performance, Brakes, Minor Engine Repair and Electrical Systems.

May provide the following services: Tires, Steering and Suspension, Heating/AC, Transmission and Major Engine Repairs.

Display exceptional customer service including qualified, courteous and efficient staff, visible identification worn by all reception staff and clean, safe customer facilities.

Maintain superb facility appearance including clean, uncluttered and professionally organized work and waiting areas.

Provide fully trained technicians: must have an Automotive Service Excellent (ASE) certified technician for each area of service offered by the facility. Must havegarage supervisor available during all hours of business. Must offer formal training system to keep employees up-to-date on new automotive systems. Must have technically competent reception personnel, trained to advise customers regarding repairs and service. Must comply with all State and Federal Certification requirements.

Have an acceptable community reputation determined by Local or State Consumer Protection Agency reports.

Carry Garagekeeper's Legal Liability Insurance including Bodily Injury and Property Damage.
