Principal Member - The first member in a household is the Principal member.  Principal members selects benefits provided by either AAA Classic, AAA Plus or AAA Plus RV membership.

Associate Member - Principal members can share the value of AAA membership with eligible individuals in their household by adding Associate memberships.  Associate members receive all the same membership benefits as the Principal member (either AAA Classic, AAA Plus or AAA Plus RV) for about half price.  Your spouse and unmarried children under age 24 residing in your home may be added as Associate members. Dependent children away at school or serving in the military also qualify for Associate membership until they reach age 24.
